...a better day

Today was a better day, things at home have improved a little, Lauren got a call for an audition..she is very excited about playing a "villain". John is home tonight watching his race..that makes him happy!

I received an email from my aunt and her family letting me know she made it safe and sound and she had no problems getting her luggage through customs. My mom had paid for her to take an addt'l "weight" and she was able to take back 98lbs of stuff for our family there. They are sooo happy, they have sent me pics of them in their new clothes, etc.

The last 2 days I worked 12noon-12midnight..it kinda sucks, but at least I get to sleep in my own bed tonight! As of now only 1 hr to go!!

My LSU Tigers lost tonight..in triple overtime! I'm a huge Tiger fan and am disappointed, but Kentucky played some awesome ball! Both teams fought hard for that win!..oh well, there's always next week!

Tomorrow I'm going to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot..I've never been so I'm looking forward to it. My friend Lynne was kind enough to invite Lauren and I..woohoo food and wine all day!!
