..world peace!..

OK, so I can't control the ENTIRE world, but I do pray each day for some peace in my life. Lately, things have been a little hectic. The school year just started, but boy will I be glad when it's over.

On Sunday, I woke up with a horrible backache and had to cancel my trip to the Food and Wine Festival. I was sooo bummed! Hopefully, we can find another date to go before it ends.

At home, things are still the same..a little crazy!..lots of laundry, cleaning up and need I mention..KIDS!! Today both my kids, yep! even the good one! decided to skip first period and go have breakfast! Isn't that nice? How hard is it for kids just to do well in school, actually go to school and clean their room(s). I love my kids but DAMN, do they get on my last nerve sometimes!!

I did however get to spend the other day with my niece, Sophie! She is 5 mos old and an absolute doll! My nephew, TR who is 4 yrs old spent the day today with his "mami and papi" at Universal!..He is my "funky monkey".

My mom and dad took a few days and went to visit some friends in Georgia. I watched their birds, "Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum"...they really are cute!

Other than this boring blog, I have nothing new to share, really! Maybe tomorrow I'll have some substantial information to share! JK!!
